Bridging the Gap!

Over the past few weeks students, their families and staff have been donating food to the Glastonbury Bridging the Gap Food Bank. Redgrave House managed to collect the most donations, closely followed by Piper House. The food will be given to those who are facing a financial crisis to help bridge them through their difficult time. The summer is a time of particular need for donations as the stocks are running low but demand is unfortunately still high.

Pastoral Leader, Mrs Charlotte Kendall said: I would like to say a massive thank you to all those students and families who have donated food, it will make a huge difference to many people and families. We hope to collect donations again in the new academic year. If you would like to donate additional food, the items can be taken to Morrisons where there is a donation box.
